Challenge

We were hired to create a promotional video for Domi Shared Co-Living in Charlton, showcasing all of the features that the place will offer to its tenants. The tricky part was that, at the moment of filming it was still in construction and a lot of it was unfurnished.

Solution

Due to the place being not ready yet, we had to be very careful with the camera angles and in general the way we film. We hired actors, and directed them, to recreate the cosy atmosphere of people living there. Furthermore we worked with a professional voiceover actor to do the speaking bit, and edited carefully to present the place in the best possible light. Only a week after the video was launched, all the rooms were successfully let to new tenants.
